Founder and Owner Michael Grayum is a results-driven, visionary leader who brings a wealth of leadership and management experience from the public, private and non-profit sectors. He has extensive experience leading organizations to achieve meaningful outcomes through effective public policies, organizational management, and collaborative community partnerships.
Michael has served as a Mayor, City Council member, Governor-appointed Commissioner on national and community services, senior executive for two state agencies, and board member for several regional and national organizations. He has served as the City Manager for one of Washington State's fastest-growing cities, where he led the day-to-day operations of all City departments. Michael is passionate about creating community-centered solutions and has extensive experience leading organizations to operational and financial success.
Michael has a Master's Degree in Public Administration from the University of Washington and a Bachelor of Business Administration from Pacific Lutheran University. He was also an athlete on the Lute football website and track teams. Michael and his wife Jenny have two children and live in Tacoma, WA.
